The HHR Flowpak provides accurate flow measurements without the typical straight run piping requirements. These are ideal for custody or inlet feed flow measurements in tight spaces. For the measurement of coil differential pressures, WIKA offers pressure sensors with flameproof enclosures or intrinsically safe transmitters.

Coil outlet temperatureBoth fixed and retractable designs of tubeskin thermocouples are engineered to meet industry demands for repeatability and longevity. Such designs for COT have been specified and preferred by many of the top global ethylene producers. Additionally, WIKA provides solu-tions for bridgewall temperature and burner flame rods.
ThermowellsWhether in aggressive or abrasive process media, whether in high- or low-temperature ranges: thermowells that suit each application are available for example versions with Stellite® tip or Stellite® coating.
Level measurementMagnetic bypass level indicators allow for clear local indication as well as remote transmission of fluid levels. Each unit is precisely engineered to the fluidic properties of the process media.Typical applications include distillation towers and storage tanks.
Diaphragm seal replacement service
WIKA offers a replacement service for diaphragm seal systems with process transmitters. In this way, the service life of the process transmitters can be fully utilized and only the diaphragm seal and the assembly parts needs replacement, preventatively or after failure.
