(“SUMMIT”) was founded in the Charlotte-Metropolitan area by three experienced professionals, Douglas Curley, Andrew Coffey and Robert McDonnell, in 2004. SUMMIT has since diversi-fied into a multi-disci-plinary consulting firm offering engineering and support services including full-service Environmental, Geotechnical, Subsurface Drilling, Special Inspections, Materials Testing, Forensic and Structural Engineering depart-ments backed by a full-service NCDOT Tier III, AMRL, CCRL and AASHTO certified Laboratory.

With five office locations serving North and South Carolina, SUMMIT is poised for continued growth within our existing markets in addition to exploring new opportunities throughout the Carolinas. Our five offices are located in Charlotte (HQ) and Raleigh, North Carolina and Columbia, Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina.
