• Students in Honors Algebra II are using
graphing calculators on a more regular
basis. They will need to have one for use at
home. I recommend the TI-84 PLUS. If you
have any questions before you buy, feel free
to contact me.
• Geometry students need to have a ruler,
protractor, and compass for use at home.

Digital Electronics – Juniors - Students are finishing up their birthday circuits. This is exciting due to the complexity of
the assignment. A picture of a completed circuit is included above.
- We will begin discussing how we are able to use electrical circuits to do math this week
by covering binary addition and subtraction.
Principles of Engineering - Sophomores
- Students have been using RoboPro, our programming software to develop a small
sensor controlled stop light and another system that works similarly to a heat sensor.
- Currently, we are going through a series of devices that students have to develop in
order, including a small elevator or a thermostat.
