Special eventsToday, like every week we bring you the most rele-vant events happening in the Tec for you to read and do not miss any of them as there will be many surprises.As the first event we will have the rugby match will be this Febru-ary 1st at ITESM campus León at 5 pm, much is expected of this great game as the team has only been one year since it was founded and the players have trained hard to beat everyone they encounter.As second event we sell roses, as every year be rooted in classroom 4, 2 and the civic square tables can be a marquee identify that says “Roses Sale JOLUM” things that are sold roses for the price of 10 pesos, 5 pe-sos carnations, and sweet serenades for 5 pesos (price depends on the songs you dedicate) all you have to do is give your name and the name, registration, time and living the person to whom you want to give it Stu-dents will also give free hugs this event will last from 4 to 12 February.The third event we will have a visit from a circus on Fri-day, February 7, 9:50 to 10:40 a.m. appears to promote his new magazine you can also take a souvenir photo.The fourth event will have the very awaited sale of slaves that will take just 1:15 Pm on the tree of the fraternity, to sign up as a slave only have to look at ads acrylic classrooms 4 and 3 there will be a card and all you have to do is put your name.

2. At parque 100 there are bicycles for the students, they out them to promote de exercise.

3. There are many “grupos estudiantiles” in all the campuses, and they’re all different.

4. There are many events to meet other campus-es like: Carnero Nacional, Interresidencias, Intercampus, Conadeip etc.

1. Bajo la misma Estrella –John Green. The Fault In Our Stars is a fabulous book about a young teenage girl who has been diagnosed with lung cancer and attends a cancer support group. She met a guy who’s also at the group. It`s a really beautiful and interesting book. If you are sensitive, this book surely going to make you cry.

2. Y colorín colorado este cuento aún no se ha acabado –Odin Dupeyron. Don’t get influenced by the title, it’s not a children’s book, it’s really good, funny and interesting. It talks about a princess that doesn’t want the typical story about the happy ending, she wants to do her own final. I f you don’t like very much to read love stories, this is going to be the book for you.

3. Ladrona de libros –Markus Zusak. This book it’s really impacting because it’s about a girl who lived during the World War 2, when it was the holocaust in Netherlands. She really wanted to read and to learn how to read. This book has a movie that was really im-pacting and sad. But it’s really good; you’ll like it, just if you like to read about history and novels about past events.

4. El niño con el pijama a rayas –John Boyne. This is also a book about the holocaust and the World War 2. This book tells you a story about a boy that lived near an extermi-nation camp in Auschwitz. He start a friendship with a Jewish boy that lived on that camp and wears a “stripped pajama”.

5. El príncipe de la niebla –Carlos Ruíz Zafón. This also takes place on the World War 2. A new family bought a house near the sea; but they don’t know that in that housed had occurred a terrible accident.

Sports 1. Football: The football is the most popular sport in Tecnológico de Monterrey.2. Basketball: This has been a very common sport in Tec.3. Football Soccer: The football selection is really good and it’s a very interesting sport.4. Volleyball: This sport it’s more common in girls but there’s also a male selection.5. Tennis: There’s not a selection, but there are lessons and places to practice it.

Your first day

Everyone remembers the first day of school, but we also remember the first day in “Tec” high school, nerves, excitement and some more are the feelings that we had when we where the new students in Tec. This day has been expected, to sign up, to write the admission exam, is got to be the best news when you finally receive the news that your in. All this becomes the dream of all students, we start the countdown , and when it finally comes bum!. In my experience I got nervous, at first I couldn’t find my classroom but they were guide teachers to help us , classrooms, classmates, teachers, all everything is new for us but I think despite all this emotions nobody will forget this famous “first day”. For me and for everyone I’m sure is the best decision we have made, this first day is the beginning of our future, this are the memories we will never forget, the friends who make here are going to be with us forever, the knowledge that we get will stay for our entire life. The cci becomes our second home, the “Borregos “our favorite meal, our boss Martin Bedolla and Vero, Marce and Lau like our mommies”. The first day, I could define it as the beginning of our life; no one can define what it is and what it feels like to be in Tec high school. Everyone has their own definition, their own oppinttion and feeling about

it. Everyone enjoys this day with the attitude they want to start with.

Recipes Lemon pie

INGREDIENTS (One pie) PIE CRUST 200 ml wheat flour 100 g butter 30 ml water FILLING 1 lemon 60 g butter 1 egg 150 ml sugarPROCEDURE (1) Preheat the oven to 225 deg. C. (2) Make crust: Mix flour and butter in a food proces- sor. Add water and form a dough. Press into a pie pan. (3) Make filling: Grate the lemon peel. Press the juice out of the lemon. (4) Melt the butter. (5) Beat the egg with sugar, the melted butter, lemon juice and lemon peel. (6) Pour the filling into the pie crust. (7) Bake in oven for about 30 minutes at 225 deg. C. (8) Let the pie cool down.
