As of October 2011, new Space Database marketing drawings
incorporate several new features.

What’s the purpose of these changes?
We want your drawings to work harder for you:
• A picture is the best way to convey what a space is truly like. If
we’re onsite, it doesn’t take much time to take photos too.
• All the details about your space, your building and the
neighbourhood are online. QR codes and links are features that
that turn a piece of paper into a ‘connected’ document.
• 3D models explain space to people that are not used to reading
drawings. We’re providing these as an experiment to see if
landlords and prospects find them useful.

Incorporating QR code technology closes the loop between
paper drawings and web content.

distributed to many different people.

Whether they use their phones or their computers, people
can access rich, detailed data about your property; latest
availability data and current drawings.

QR codes let you integrated your printed material with your
online resources for mobile users.

What will these new features cost?
There are no additional costs beyond the current drawing creation fees.
But, the extra content will not be included in every case. For example:
• Photos will not be taken onsite if the current tenant objects.
• Panoramas will only be taken in suitable conditions.
• Links to online content will only be provided when such content is
readily available.
• 3D models are currently being provided on an experimental basis
(we’re not charging for it but we may not do it every time.)
