Which means sharingfreely for the greater good ofmankind.

And now, a proposal. ..Wikitext. You're gonna like this. ..a lot. Imagine a world where any person on earth, andevery person on earth, share in the knowledge that will educate the planet. Imagine that textbooks becomesecondary as the educators of the world unite to write, in Wikipedic fashion, all the knowledge of all the textbooksgratis on the Internet.

Imagine all the students of all the schools in this land and beyond carrying all those heavy textbooks around inbackpacks for the very last time. Imagine the price of laptop computers has been crunched to enable one laptopfor every school age child on the planet...solar powered just like those inexpensive calculators we see at the Wal-Mart...for less than the price of one child's average load of textbooks...containing more knowledge in that $188laptop than all the books in their school libraries...combined!
