12. My health triangle
13. My health triangle cont.
I think that I am in average physical condition, but I could definitely improve. I practice lacrosse five days a week and go running every once in a while. For the most part I eat healthy but I need to choose healthy snacks instead of the types of snack I normally have. I could go to bed earlier but for the most part I get enough sleep. Socially I am very healthy. I hardly ever have any friend problems and I enjoy hanging out and talking to my friends. I also dont have any problems getting along with people I am not friends with. Emotionally and Mentally I am also very healthy. I feel good about the way I look and feel. I also make an effort to learn during school and study. I believe that if one area of your life is lacking, it affects your whole life. So that is why you need to strive to be an all around healthy person.

Live Like Were Dyin
Kris Allen
Sometimes we fall down and can't get back upWe're hiding behind skin that's too toughHow come we don't say I love you enoughTill it's too late, it's not too lateOur hearts are hungry for a food that won't comeWe could make a feast from these crumbsAnd we're all staring down the barrel of a gunSo if your life flashed before you, what would you wish you would've done[Chorus]Yeah, gotta startLooking at the hand of the time we've been given hereThis is all we got and we gotta start thinkin' itEvery second counts on a clock that's tickin'Gotta live like we're dyingWe only got 86 400 seconds in a dayTo turn it all around or throw it all awayWe gotta tell 'em that we love 'em while we got the chance to say, Gotta live like we're dyingAnd if you plane fell out of the skiesWho would you call with your last goodbyesShould be so careful who we live out of our livesSo when we long for absolution, there'll be no one on the linechorus
51. Unique self cont.
Like we're dyingLike we're dyingLike we're dyingLike we're dyingchorusYou never know a good thing until it's goneYou never see a crash until it's head onAll these people right when we're dead wrong, You never know a good thing till it's gonechorusLike we're dyingLike we're dyingLike we're dyingLike we're dyingchorus
I chose this song because it talks about making the most out of every day with what time we have. Everyday we have choices to make and we need to make good choices and never give up. This represents me because I try to make the most out of everyday and remember to appreciate my friends and family.

53. Future Aspirations
I chose my mom because growing up,
she taught me what was right and
wrong and how to behave and to be polite ect.
Dear Mom,
I just wanted to thank you for all you have done for me growing up. When I was sick you took care of me; when I was scare you rocked me back to sleep. Whenever I needed a shoulder to cry on you comforted me. When I was little you taught me to be nice to everyone and to always remember that my sister will always be there for me even when my friends are not. You taught me to say please, thank you, and your welcome and to laugh everyday. And now that I am older and stressed from school you always cheer me up with your momish jokes. I will love you forever and always.
Your Daughter,
Courtney
54. Future Aspirations
Three years: In three years I will still be living in Okinawa, Japan on the military base since thats where I am moving this summer with my family. I want to be working as a life guard.
Five years: I see myself living in an apartment with some close friends nearby UVA. I will be working on getting my Bachelors in nursing.
Ten years: I hope to be working as a neonatal nurse and married or dating. Andhave a yellow lab!
If I could accomplish one thing in my life it would be to live a long, healthy life surrounded by friends and family who love me. I hope to raise a family and make a positive impact on peoples lives.
55. Media Awareness
I think that the media definitely influences me. It influences everyone! Everyday I see ads for makeup and clothes and beauty products. It makes you say I wish my skin was as flawless as that! Maybe I need that makeup too. But in reality, buying most of those products are a waste of money. Many ads are photo shopped and they change the skin tone to match all over, but only after their make up is done by a professional who contours and covers their face with make up. So in reality you need to be confident and appreciate what you have!
