disposal. Learn how to u8lize opera8onal data, allowing you to make key decisions on important assets. This integrated approach to asset lifecycle allows users to leverage the valuable informa8on within BIM, offering a
seamless transi8on from design to maintenance, and building a repository of data for strategic analysis.

• Building Informa/on Modeling is the process of produc8on and
the management of the construc8on data in a virtual 3D model throughout the concep8on (design) of a building. BIM extends over the life cycle of the building, but does not assure the management of the asset.
