There is a very big choice of ways and places to have fun

in Rome: parks, cinemas, clubs, discos and theatres of

all sorts.

Depending on the neighbourhood, you can choose

different types of entertainment ...

Discos, clubs or music venues, where you

can listen to particular music, are

increasingly popular among teenagers

If you like sitting down sipping a drink...

The areas in the city centre are the best!

Trastevere over the years has

become the neighbourhood

where young people live and

meet their friends

From early evening to late

night its piazzettas with

bars, clubs and

restaurants for all tastes

and all budgets are filled

with people from all

walks of life

At night every little square comes alive with tables and musicians,

transforming the place into a lively centre of Roman night life

It’s a pleasure to have a drink in one of the many bars or spend

the evening sitting on the steps of Piazza Trilussa or S. Maria in

Trastevere were you can also watch street artist performances

Campo de 'Fiori is the meeting point for young people aged

between 18 and 35 years. Around the square there are

many pubs, particularly American ones, where you can sit

and talk until closing time (around 2 am)

What about a croissant to close the evening

up ?

The “cornetterie” are very fashionable especially at night. During weekdays and mostly at

weekends lots of people go there for hot croissants

If you are in Rome in the

summer, there are many open-

air-cinemas from July to

September. The most famous

one is Cineporto, near the

Stadio Olimpico. Another one

is Cinema Pasquino, located

in Trastevere, which has three

screens and shows films in

English

amusement parks are just mushrooming in Rome

A theme park will open in 2011. It will be the first one

dedicated to the cinema in Italy. It will be called

Cinecittà World and will cover a total area of 150

hectares.

38 attractions will be implemented, including roller coasters for

teenagers, water slides, amphitheatres with film scenes,

theatres dedicated to digital, three-dimensional and 4D

technology. By 2014 other 2 areas will be completed

including "Cinecittà Natura” where you can stroll around movie sets displayed in a natural scenery.

In 2011 an amusement

park, similar to

Disneyland Paris,

with attractions for

the whole family,

will open up near

Valmontone , 40 Km

from Rome.
