Answer the following question using the Entrada y Salida
handout.
Two new acquaintances are being introduced in the
afternoon. How would they greet one another? What would they say? Talk about gestures, too.
Objective: I get acquainted with others by asking someone their name and by telling my name.

Escenario
You have been chosen as an aid in the counseling center. Today, you have been assigned two Spanish-speaking students and you have to show them the
school. You find out they only speak Spanish, as you greet them, introduce yourself and ask for their names in Spanish. As you finish your tour, say bye in Spanish.

1. In groups of three, select the person giving the tour and the two new students.
2. Write down an introduction in which you ask the new students their name, you tell them yours, and you show them the school and its main locations, e.g. restroom, cafeteria, office, etc., at the end say thanks for the tour and bye.
3. Practice the introduction and memorize your part.
