How many people attend this event?In order to maintain an intimate and interactive atmosphere, the Cancún event is limited to 200 full-access attendees.

How often does this event take place?Dave commits all of his time and attention to EntreLeadership and its attendees during the event. We are only able to hold ELMS twice a year due to Dave’s other commitments.

How do I know if this event is right for me and my business?If you run a business, lead people, or are struggling to manage growth, this is the event for you! We recommend you contact Daniel Tardy, Director of EntreLeadership, to discuss your specific needs.

Will I actually get to meet Dave and spend time with him at this event?Absolutely! This event is all Dave, all day! He will be available for Q&A as well as hanging out with you during meal times and other breaks.

Will I have to purchase additional resources or materials outside of the registration fee?No. Part of the value of this event is that we include tons of materials, books, tools, resources and food in an all-inclusive package. There won’t be any tables set up in the back of the room trying to sell you more stuff.

Dreams, Visions and Goal Setting You will learn how to create and sustain a goal-driven organization, and you’ll gain practical tools to help you execute your goals in specific and measurable ways.

Time Management and OrganizationDid you know you can add up to two hours to your day by keeping an accurate and interactive To-Do list? You will discover ways to master your time and squeeze more productivity—with less stress—out of every day.

Communication, Personality Styles and Mission StatementsAs an EntreLeadership attendee, you will complete the DISC and the PIAV personality profile assessments before you attend this event. You will be given a 10–15 page report on your unique communication style. Dave will teach you how to improve your communication by using this report.

Contract NegotiationYou don’t have to be an attorney to run a business, but having some basic understanding of contract negotiation will give you an advantage in protecting your organization. Dave teaches the basics, as well as tips for saving money and securing valuable options in your contracts.
