Entrepreneurial Leadership Seminar 2014 This seminar provides the most ambitious and best performing MTEC master and PhD students with an exceptionally rewarding learning opportu- nity – a real case on strategy, innovation and lead- ership in close collaboration with the top manage- ment of an outstanding company: Swisscom. In your team, you will work on a specific assign- ment that flows from the current strategic agenda of Urs Schaeppi, CEO of Swisscom. While gaining substantial insights into the structure, dynamics and challenges of the fast-paced telecom sector, you immerse into the business model and strategic landscape of the Swisscom Group. You visit their sites, conduct interviews with members of the management team, internal and external experts as well as clients and discuss your ideas with the Group Executive Board.
