It is not

The wrong reasons why people want to be entrepreneurs

I want to be my own boss!

My boss is a jerk!

I am better than my boss !

I can do this job better!

I can make more money for myself doing this job better

I don’t need my boss to tell me how to do this stupid job better. I know better

I want to be rich!

I want to be a millionaire!

I want to be Bill Gates!

Being an entrepreneur requires one to have certain abilities

Ability to handle failures

Ability to take tough decisions

Ability to handle extreme pressure & stress

Ability to oscillate between highs and lows

Ability to still smile when there is no cash in the bank

The right reasons to turn entrepreneur

I want to create something I can be proud off.

I want to follow my passion.

I want to follow my dream.

I want to create value.

…..being deeply personally satisfied

…..following the opportunity to reap long term profits

…..the opportunity to take your own decisions

…..almost reaching the top end of Maslow’s need hierarchy
