The Committee moved to institutionalize the Clean and Green Water Bodies Bureau to include education and social transformation appropriate green technologies and education on the different aspects of solid waste management to include the following bull The Whole of Nation Approach be used in the

management of rivers institutionalizing strong partnerships among the NGAs academe LGUs POs Church companiesestablishments CSOsNGOs MMTs and other stakeholders in the community

bull Conduct regular river cleanup with the monitoring and evaluation system Performance Scorecard every Saturdayweekly

bull Come up with the River Restoration Partnership Task Force (RRPTF) for sustainable river management

management of rivers institutionalizing strong partnerships among the NGAs academe LGUs POs Church companiesestablishments CSOsNGOs MMTs and other stakeholders in the community
