Your task is to look at two different species of potato, and identify some characteristics (e.g. size; colour; mass). You then need to identify how these characteristics vary between the two species, i.e. how does colour vary between the two species? how does size vary between the two species?

Once you have decided on the characteristics you are to measure, design a results table in your book…
