WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMSENVIROTEK works especially on designing and turnkey applications all type ofwastewater treatment plants in the world.
Turnkey services contain process design, basic and detailed engineering,supplying and manufacturing of necessary equipments installation, erectionof the equipments, piping installation, preparation of operation andmaintenance instructions, commissioning, start-up and training of operatorsfor the wastewater treatment plants.
ENVIROTEK has recently applied its over 25 years experience in ANAEROBICTreatment Process with a project partner; PAQUES from Netherlands. Mostimportant advantages of them are low sludge production, no clogging andhigh biogas production.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES
ENVIROTEK can do only design&engineering services of the treatment plantsincluding laboratory studies, basic and detailed engineering and design,preparation of all necessary drawings, supervising during client’s application,start-up training.
Although our number of engineers is less than twenty, we have severalsubcontractors that have long term experience with us in the fields ofelectrical, civil, structural, construction and erection design and works.
All project drawings are prepared with state of the art technology such as thelatest Autocad platforms in 2D and 3D.

EXHAUST GAS AND ODOR TREATMENT SERVICESAll types of exhaust gases and odor coming from processes and boilers canbe treated by appropriate technology and systems. Turnkey applications,design, equipment supply, installation of gas treatment systems are also inour scope of supply. We can manufacture wet scrubbers from AISI 304,AISI 316, GRP, polypropylene or polyethylene material depending on thetype of the gas.
In addition, different type of technological applications (THIOPAQ, wetscrubber, carbon filter etc) is done for H2S removal systems from thebiogas of anaerobic treatment systems.
LABORATORY SERVICESWe have a water and wastewater laboratory where we can do most ofwater and wastewater analyses.
Chemical and biological treatability studies can be done as well asdetermination of water&wastewater characteristic. Determination ofsuitable chemicals (Lime, Al2SO4, Fe2SO4, FeCl3 , PAC, etc.) and optimumdosage can be done during chemical settling studies, polyelectrolyte typeand dosage can be done for sludge dewatering too.
We have two aerobic and two anaerobic pilot reactors in our laboratoryand we design the treatment plants after these laboratory studies.Activated sludge can determined and tested microscopically especially forbad operational conditions of the wastewater treatment plants.

BIOGAS / WASTE – TO ENERGY SYSTEMS
Biogas and energy can be obtained primarily from substances with a highportion organic matter. The residues of the digesters can be processed tocompost and organic fertilizers.
Produced biogas in the treatment plants are removed or reused by usingflare, gas holder and cogeneration (CHP) units in the plants.
