• 1989 - E&O Laboratories Ltd – selling Blood products directly to the NHS & PHLS

• 1995 - Launched Ready Prepared Media • 2001 - Bought a local food testing business

Launched - E&O Diagnostics Ltd as a UKAS accredited food, water and environmental testing Laboratory

• 2007 - Gained UKAS accreditation for the QC of Media
