EOI 2020E009C Fitness instructors for Healthy Active Highlanders program Central Highlands Regional Council is looking for qualified fitness instructors to join the Healthy Active Highlanders program from March to May 2021. Suitably qualified instructors will be responsible for coordinating and delivering safe, enjoyable and professional classes for the length of the program in any or all of the following locations: - Blackwater - Capella - Emerald - Springsure. Classes can include but are not limited to circuit, yoga, pilates, functional training and dancing fitness. Instructors will need to complete a council induction, collect and record attendee information on the council’s preferred system, submit regular reports and weekly invoices. Instructors will also be required to wear the program polo shirt. Expressions of Interest (EOI) are open between 1 and 30 October 2020 at 5.00 pm. Hard copy submissions should be lodged via email, post or in person at a customer service centre. EOI 2020E009C Fitness instructors for Healthy Active Highlanders program

Central Highlands Regional Council is looking for qualified fitness instructors to join the Healthy Active Highlanders program from March to May 2021.

Qualitative criteriaBefore responding to the qualitative criteria, the applicant must note the following:1. All information relevant to the applicant's answers to each criterion must be contained within the submission.2. The applicant is to assume that the evaluation panel has no previous knowledge of the applicant's organisation,

its activities or experience3. The applicants must provide full details for any claims, statements or examples used to address the qualitative

criteria.4. The applicant must address each issue outlined within a qualitative criterion.5. The applicant must provide answers in the comment space provided.

Relevant Experience - Weighting 35%

Key personnel skills and experience - Weighting 30%

Applicants should provide as a minimum: a. their role in the program; andb. Membership of any professional or business association; andc. Qualifications, with particular emphasis on experience of personnel in projects with a similar requirement; andd. Any additional relevant information.

Describe the applicant's experience in completing/ supplying requirements similar to the requirements stated in the Specification and the Expression of Interest. a. Provide details of similar work; andb. Demonstrate competency and proven track record of achieving outcomes.

Applicants should demonstrate their ability to supply and sustain the necessary:a. Fitness equipment and materials; andb. Any contingency measures or back up of resources including personnel (where applicable).c. Timely reporting and invoicing.

2. Preferred candidates will receive an invitation to a briefing session at the council's Emerald customer service centre.

3. Council's sport and recreation team finalises the timetable and promotes it to the public before the 12-week programcommences.
