A seasoned professional, with over 20 years in High Tech, Manufacturing and more recently Healthcare, Umesh has the ability to interconnect business models with opportunity, helping deliver value for our clients. He has a proven ability to develop and deploy a long term strategic vision, establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, business partners, and building strong talented teams. His focus and vision is to grow EOK Technologies into a major global player in the IT services industry. Cleo Smith has over 17 years of notable experience in sales and consulting outsourced IT services. His significant experience in solving business problems around application development, document workflow, transaction processing, data conversions and regulatory compliance has led him to achieve success and excel in selling enterprise level IT solutions to corporate and government accounts.

Previously Cleo was the Global Head of Sales and Business Development at Knowledge Matrix, a pure-play international system integration consultancy and outsourcing company for Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to Knowledge Matrix, Cleo has held VP level Business Development positions at Goldstone, Lavante, eTouch Systems, Ciber and West Valley Staffing Group. Cleo started his career as Vice President of Major Accounts at Robert Half International..

Ted has over 17 years in the IT consulting industry leading sales and marketing both globally and in North America for firms such as Capgemini, Keane, Satyam and is now the Regional VP for EOK Technologies. He has worked with GE Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Wisconsin, digiChart, Healthscreen, ICON and Trustmark Insurance to help them bridge the gap between strategy and execution of IT projects to help transform IT operations.

He has developed Enterprise Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence practices for Keane, Kanbay (Capgemini), and Stratagem for the Financial Services and Healthcare industry verticals with a focus on how to help clients prioritize strategic business goals without being bogged down in the minutiae of data.
