Since 2001, eOne Solutions has provided superior products and services to help
customers customize, integrate, automate and report on their ERP and CRM Data.
When a customer purchases an eOne product via the perpetual license model, they
are required to pay eOne’s AEP (annual enhancement plan) fee.

Definition ofAEP

eOne’s AEP is a required yearly fee for customers utilizing
eOne products under the perpetual license model.
Regular Hotfixes Service PacksIf an urgent need arises to fix an issue affecting a large majority of customers, eOne releases a hotfix as soon as possible.
If there’s a need to release new functionality and multiple fixes on product release, eOne will address those together and issue a service pack at an appropriate time.

Since the individual releases of each eOne product, we’ve added new
features while refusing to raise AEP prices. In Q3 2019, we are moving
to a standard AEP price of 20% of the current perpetual license price of
each individual product and adding another AEP benefit.

03Each renewal paid after July 1, 2019 will receive two free
support incidents in addition to all the benefits they’ve
received in the past (see Definition of AEP above).

04AEP is calculated at 20% of the current retail perpetual license
price as of July 1st, 2019.
If a customer chooses to renew in advance of the pricing
changes (in effect July 1, 2019), the AEP amount due is based on
eOne’s 2019 Price List.
