• Re-write your job description• Are you willing to… stay late, arrive early, do multiple jobs,step up with a smile…

Can you do this all the time? Realistically, no. Aim for it 90% of the time.

• Why? Because it’s RARE that ANYONE else is doing it!

• 24 Hour rule• What a difference it makes• Decisions are still made by human beings (Upstate New York 2012)You and others will be grateful and it feels awesome!

• Best and worst customer service experiences you have ever had?

Focus on the feelings surrounding it

Your camp, your work and everythingYou do is sold on “little things”
