Work on an existing 3‐story or less single family home, duplex or townhome that extends or increases the floor area or height; including the addition of a new story or the expansion of habitable area into an attic or unoccupied space.
Work on an existing building or structure other than a 3‐story or less single family home, duplex or townhome that does NOT include any new construction outside the building envelope NOR the conversion of unoccupied space into habitable area.
