The Maltsters
Dating back to the 1700’s, this pub
overlooks the scenic Broad at
Ranworth, Norwich. The previous
installation was due an upgrade and a
solution that would be easy to use and
stylish in appearance was required. The
owner installed two QT-6600 with
CBMS software. These enabled stock
and profit comparisons whilst the back
office software calculated profit
margins. The owner is very pleased
with the solution and considering
installing the QT-6600 in other pubs.

The Dove and Rainbow
The Dove and Rainbow is one of
Sheffield’s best live music venues. The
owner had been renting a cash register,
but needed a system with greater
functionality that could provide reports,
manage stock, be simple to use and
easily managed. The solution
recommended was the QT-6600
terminal. The owner has been greatly
impressed with the improvements on
daily operations and is contemplating a
second touch screen. The ergonomic
design and graphical representation of
items on the screen has decreased
cashier time spent on the till by 70%
compared with the previous touch

El Rincon
El Rincon is a renowned tapas
restaurant in the heart of Manchester.
With an extensive menu, the owner
needed a system that could cope with
multiple courses and allowed all tables
to be viewed easily. The QT-6000
touchscreen was chosen as reliability is
very important to such a busy
operation. The owner has been
impressed by the solution, in particular
the ability to view the activity of the
restaurant at any given point.

The Bridge Inn
Based in the heart of Derby, this venue
combines a busy bar with a tasty food
offering. The previous EPoS system
had little functionality so when
choosing a new solution the owner’s
requirement was for an intuitive and
easy to use system suitable for high
speed operation. Two QT-6600s were
installed. The new solution allows pre-
programming for greater efficiency
and has greater security features for
management control. The new system
has improved customer turnaround
time by 50%.

The Exhibition
A traditional village pub situated in the
heart of Over, near Cambridge. The
previous till was very basic requiring
staff to mentally calculate prices which
resulted in items not being charged
correctly. The solution recommended
was the QT-6600 terminal with CBMS.
This has resulted in huge cost savings
of up to £500 a month by eradicating
miscalculations alone! The QT-6600
has proven to be efficient, reliable

The New Inn
Based in Norwich, the New Inn pub
opened its doors in 1853. The owner

very straightforward to install and the
staff have picked it up quickly. The

Atlas Bar
Atlas Bar is one of the most popular
bars in Manchester. The previous EPoS
system required operation by a server,
causing delays during busy periods.
A new solution was required to help
speed up service. Two QT-6000
terminals were installed because of
the simplicity of the functions on the
till. Atlas has not looked back after
installing the Casio solution and has
since installed another seven in
other locations.

The Cabin pub is a sports themed pub
in Dudley. The owner previously had an
EPoS system which was dated and

With an audience capacity of over
2000, this is one of the UK’s top
venues. Hospitality department
expansions required a system offering
centralised billing, table billing and
merchandise that was reconciled to
clients’ invoices. After a demonstration

17 units were purchased. The EPoS

The Black Horse is a country pub in
Suffolk. The owners required a solution
that improved speed of service and
efficiency of the business. A QT-6600
with CBMS back office software was
installed. Due to the clarity of printing,
errors with checks coming through to
the kitchen have almost been
eradicated. The owners have
established that the new system has
met the needs of the business and has
improved customer service.

Khushi’s is a family run restaurant
