It is possible to open any Microsoft Office document and use it with the Easy Interactive Tools.
Easy Interactive Tools in Microsoft Word
Type with on-screen keyboard while in Mouse Mode.

NOTE: When in Pen Mode, the pen will not operate as a mouse, it will only write and draw. It
will be necessary to return to Mouse Mode if you need to perform a mouse function with the pen.
To return to Mouse Mode, tap the pen icon. Any drawings currently on the screen will disappear.
To return to Pen Mode, single tap the mouse icon. Any drawings that were displayed when last
in pen mode will return.
NOTE: If you switch to Mouse Mode, and then open new document, upon returning to Pen
Mode, the previous drawings will appear on the new document.
Click the Clear icon.

Saving Drawings in Office Programs
The camera will take a “screen capture.” The image it produces will contain everything that
currently appears on your screen, and anything you have written on the screen. After tapping the
camera icon, you will be prompted to save your screen capture. It will save as a .jpg image file.
