Better Performance. More Profit.
How do you reinvent the dye-sublimation transfer printer? You start by designing every component to work together.
From the print head and ink technology, to the printer mechanism and software. The result? A high-performance
dye-sublimation transfer printer designed with extreme reliability for true industrial-level production.
Introducing the Epson SureColor F6070 (44”) and F7170 (64”) printer family
Developed using the latest advancements in performance imaging, like our PrecisionCore™ TFP® print
head, along with an all-new dye-sublimation ink technology – EPSON UltraChrome® DS – the purpose built
SureColor F-Series allows you to focus on what matters most – making more profit.
Significantly Increase Polyester-Based Fabric Production - Instead of screen printing dye sublimation inks onto transfer paper, we print directly onto
the same transfer paper - skipping several steps within the workflow
- Eliminates all screen printing equipment and chemicals
- Dramatically reduces floor space requirements
- Cleans-up the entire production process
Superior Final Print Quality - Screen printing was limited to solid colors - no photos - up to about 75 lpi
- With Epson digital imaging technology - there are NO limits on what you can print
No More Limits on Design - Extreme garment designs now limited only by the designer
- No minimum order quantities – you can produce just one garment
- Superior photographic quality and color control compared to the screen printing processTypical Dye Sub Application 100% Performance Polyester

Footnotes
Print speeds for the SureColor F-Series are based on print engine speed only, in bi-directional mode.
Speeds shown for other brand printers are the manufacturers stated speeds. Total throughput times depend upon front-end RIP, file size, printer resolution, ink coverage, networking, etc.
!The SureColor F-Series are designed to use only Epson ink cartridges and refill packs and no other brands of new or refilled cartridges,
or other brands of ink or bulk ink systems. Using Epson ink is important for reliable performance and high image quality. !
Cost-per-ml is a simple ink cost estimate derived from cartridge MSRP divided by fill volume. This simple estimate does not necessarily reflect the actual cost of ink for a particular print, which can vary considerably
based on image printed, print settings, paper type, frequency of use and temperature. For print quality, a variable amount of ink remains in the cartridge after the “Chip Expended” indicator comes on.
