• 4 fast-track chairs for minor injury and illness
• 2 resuscitation bays• 1 isolation room
• On-site x-ray, CT, MRI, pathology and pharmacy
• Parking for emergency patients and visitors close to the emergency department entrance
• Car parking for up to 6 Ambulance and 2 MICA (mobile intensive care ambulance) vehicles
• Treatment spaces designed to provide privacy while reducing outside noise. Many treatment spaces have their own TVs.
HOURS OF OPERATION8am – Midnight
FEESPatients will incur an out of pocket expense of $210 for attendance. Additional pathology and radiology fees may apply.
LOCATIONThe emergency department is located at the far end of Epworth Place (off Pigdons Road) past the visitor car park and main entrance.

A small number of patients or conditions might be more appropriately treated at an alternative healthcare facility. The emergency department consultant will be able to advise you if this is the case.
