COMPANY OVERVIEW

ABOUT US Environmental Process Analytics (EPA) was officially established in 2001 to address the need for

expertise in the environmental emissions and process control industries. The staff of EPA have experience, application knowledge and engineering expertise of more than 100 years in the fields of environmental emissions monitoring equipment, process control, gas detection and analysis, and the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) fields. Where standard products are not suitable EPA is able to design and manufacture according to custom application requirements. Based in Centurion, South Africa, EPA’s location is ideal in order to provide superior service to the entire Sub-Saharan Africa. An on-site workshop enables EPA to meet swift turnaround times with regards to repairs and calibration of equipment. Service level agreements with customers are honoured through on site assistance. PRODUCTS Our products include a comprehensive quality range to suit the requirements for gas analysis, gas detection, dust and flow monitoring, pressure and level, temperature and test equipment. In particular our gas and dust emissions monitoring systems are renowned for accuracy and reliability with minimized maintenance. Bespoke products are also offered according to application. In addition to product supply we offer facilities for vehicle, combustion engine and plant emission testing. CLIENTS AND DISTRIBUTION EPA has distribution and service representation in all the major centers within South Africa and a footprint in Sub-Saharan Africa. National and international companies are serviced by EPA in various economic sectors including mining, steel, cement, power generation, food and beverage etc. SERVICE Our technicians and laboratory facilities allow in house or on site calibration and servicing of equipment. Maintenance contracts are available for reliable equipment operation. Complete Turnkey solutions are offered to complement the supply of products and services. All areas of concern are covered including design, development,, engineering, supply installation, project management and commissioning.

QUALITY CONTROL AND SHEQ POLICY Quality Control Policies of all Suppliers and Clients are followed strictly and international standards such as ISO, BSEN14181, MCERTS, SIRA, TUV, are adhered to at all times.
