Equipment is a crucial need that helps a business thrive by being able to effectively
provide their product or service to their clients. New Business Funders has
launched a direct lending platform to finance equipment transactions up to
$500,000. Through a strategic relationship with a Fin-tech platform, New Business
Funders closes transactions in its name and reserves the right to either, assign, sell
or hold the paper on each new equipment loan it makes. Since it is operating on a
Fin-tech platform New Business Funders has the ability to finance clients in as
little as four hours to twenty four hours across multiple types of equipment and
industries.
0BEQUIPMENT FINANCING PROGRAM
1. 1BWhat We Do: As a direct lender New Business Funders provides fast funding through a working term loan product for equipment transactions across multiple industries.
1. 1. 650+ credit score 2. 3+ years in business 3. Last 3 years’ corporate returns or audited statements
4. Current year interim financial statements, including debt schedule
5. Last 3 years’ personal returns on ALL guarantors 6. Application 7. Personal Financial Statements of all borrowers

1. All insurance requests must list our servicer as outlined by New Business Funders for additional insured and loss payee
2. All Vendor invoices must have the “bill to” and “ship to” listed as the borrower Note: ACH is mandatory on all deals – NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Information necessary for titled and non-titled equipment -Year, make, and model
-Mileage -VIN number for titled; serial number for non-titled -Invoices must include the seller name, address and contact
information, as well -as buyer name and address and ship-to address -Costs must be itemized (for example cost of equipment, tax shipping/hauling/delivery charges, installation, etc.) -Must be dated within the past 45 days
4. Funding process • Once the equipment is delivered, our servicer will call the borrower to confirm the equipment has been installed and is working correctly
• After obtaining the borrower’s approval and completing any required site inspections, our servicer will fund the vendor(s) directly via ACH, overnight check or wire • Pre-funding is available, with approval prior to documentation. A pre-fund may require multiple site inspections, depending on the vendor, equipment, location, etc. Additional fees may apply. -Upon funding client will deal with our servicer going forward for handling of payments, defaults, collections, etc.
