EQUIPMENT KIT CHECKLIST AKG C451B CK1 Phantom Cardiod OPERATION AND SAFETY: PHANTOM POWER ONLY This microphone requires phantom power to operate. It will only function with a device capable of providing phantom power. PACKING AND STORAGE: Improperly packed kits will result in a fine! Detach the pistol grip and windscreen, and insert them into their respective foam compartments (see photo). Place the C451B into its foam compartment, with the microphone mounted inside its shockmount. Do not remove the microphone from its shockmount! Do not pack the microphone with the condenser capsule detached! Make sure the Equipment ID number for the case matches its microphone. Do not mix up mics with the incorrect case.
