Location: Centre de Congrès of Paris
Located at Porte Maillot, between the city centre and La
Défense, the Centre des Congrès was built in 1974 and is
the main exhibition and congress centre inside the limits of
the city.
The ERA Convention will take place on the 3rd floor of the
Centre de Congrès, with the main conference room,
breakout rooms and exhibition located all next to each
other.

The ERA offers the opportunity to companies to participate in the table-top exhibition taking place in front of the Convention’s
Plenary room. The package includes a 3*2m or 6*2m exhibition space with a back wall, lighting, a table, two chairs and one
electricity plug. For more information, please see pages 4 to 6.
European Rental Awards Sponsorship
In addition, the ERA offers sponsorships at the European Rental Awards which will be taking place in the evening of 15 May.

The exhibition will be taking place in
front of Hall Havane, which is the room
where the convention’s plenary sessions
will be held. All coffee breaks, cocktails
and the lunch of 16 May will take place
in the exhibition space.

The European Rental Awards Dinner
The European Rental Awards – organized jointly by the ERA and International Rental
News – recognize expertise and professionalism in the rental industry, as well as
outstanding products developed for the industry. They are presented during the European
Rental Awards dinner organized alongside the ERA Convention.
In 2013, Awards will be presented in the following categories:
• Rental Company of the Year (> 15 depots)
• Rental Company of the Year (> 15 depots)
• Rental Product of the Year
• Rental Person of the Year
Sponsors are offered to support the Awards with either a Gold, Silver or Bronze
sponsorship (please refer to the booking form for details). Interested supporters are also
invited to book entire tables at the European Rental Awards, to which they can invite
guests or staff not attending the convention.
