• Possibly working on the frontline or serving as site or programme manager, or corporate head office team member

• Must hold a diploma, degree or a relevant accredited Employment Services qualification (minimum Certificate IV)

• Actively participate in industry networks, possibly mentoring newer staff members

• Plus submit a written reference stating that you have delivered to a good standard and achieved the required KPI’s for your post

You occupy a senior position with at least 7 years of experience relevant to the Employment Services industry

Minimum requirements:

• Participate in and support activities that promote the industry, and passionate about building its future

• And Hold a degree or diploma qualification in Employment Services or related field

• Committed not only to your own Continued Professional Development (CPD) but to the development of others.

• Applicants must supply an up to date CV in support of their application along with the names of two referees, one of whom must be from outside the organisation and who could be an existing Fellow of the ESI. Applicants are expected to demonstrate:

• Involvement in the sector at senior management level• Participation in/support for external activities that promote the work

of the sector and its value to society.• Willingness to play a role in advancing /promoting the sectorFE

You will be nominated for your professional and outstanding service to the Employment Services industry

Nominee Requirements Recognition of Life Fellow is bestowed upon a professional member who has rendered outstanding service to the industry and the Association. NESA will acknowledge individuals who have made significant contribution to the development of the employment services and the professional reputation of the industry through the professional recognition framework by awarding recognition as “Life Fellow”. The NESA CEO will use pre-determined criteria to determine if someone should be recommended to be a Life Fellow. The nominee:

• Has been an active member of the industry for at least five years;

• Has made a unique and/or outstanding contribution to the employment services industry;

• Has made a contribution that exceeds general expectations of their position and/or paid role in the industry;

• Has contributed to development and achievement of outcomes which have industry wide benefit; OR....

• Demonstrated evidence of ongoing support of NESA and its objectives through multiple channels. These may include attendance at national conferences, participation in Leadership and other forums, attendance at professional development events, and volunteer participation in Committees and / or the Board.

A podcast is a series of audio recordings distributed via a podcast application such as Soundcloud. NESA will develop a series of Podcasts interviewing relevant NESA employees and/or high level Executives on contemporary issues facing their organisations around the JobActive and DES contracts (NDIS). These podcasts are exclusively available to ESI members only and can be dowloaded at any time to suit you; either on your way to work in the train or travelling in your own car.

Virtual Networking

Network with other sector managers to brainstorm solutions to common industry frustrations and opportunities to participate in relevant live industry conversations from relevant guest speakers
