PRICE : 180 000 € HT (216 000 € including VAT)

(USD 248,500 + VAT) (VAT rate is 20%, refundable tax)

This space has 3 floors:

- ground floor: direct access to the streets (Square Mérimée and Rue Bivouac Napoléon):

100 sqm of interior spaces + two external spaces of 18 sqm each.

- first floor: 100 sqm of interior space

- second floor: 100 sqm of interior space (with a kitchen for catering service) + a large

balcony of 18 sqm with a panoramic view of the Palais des Festivals.

The big screen (5 m x 2m) is situated on the balcony of the 1st floor
