• When taken orally this plant can ease digestion discomfort.

• When inhaled it acts as a natural eye opener.

Lavender

• In Latin, Lavender is Lavare Which means “to wash”

Rosemary

• Rosemary is most popular in cooking • The rosemary bush belongs to the mint family

Basil

• Extensively used in the Mediterranean region for culinary purposes. Italian recipes also love this herb in pesto and pasta.
