Q. How can I qualify for the Essential Rewards Enrolment Bonus? A. When you enrol a new member with a Premium Starter Kit and an ER subscription with a 100 PV order, you will receive a €12,75/£10.95 Essential Rewards enrolment bonus. This can be earned in addition to the €21,25/£18.25 Starter Kit bonus. This bonus will be paid to an enroller who meets the enroller bonus requirement of placing a 50 PV order in both months. You will see your enrolment bonus the month after the enrolment is made. Q. How long does this promotion run?A. This promotion runs from Monday, October 1, to Monday, December 31, 2018.

Q. What happens if I qualify for the Essential Rewards enrolment bonus and the bonus is paid, but my enrollee cancels their 100 PV ER template in their second month of enrolment?A. In this case, the €12,75/£10.95 bonus will be returned to Young Living. The cancellation of the Essential Rewards template by the enrollee in their second month makes the enroller ineligible for the €12,75/£10.95 bonus.

Q. What markets can benefit from the Essential Rewards enrolment bonus?A. Members in all markets (except China, which does not currently offer Essential Rewards) are eligible to receive the Essential Rewards enrolment bonus when they personally enrol a new member with a Premium Starter Kit and when that enrollee creates an ER template of at least 100 PV within their first month of enrolment, to be processed in their second month.

Q. Does the Essential Rewards enrolment bonus affect the Starter Kit bonus or the Fast Start bonus available through the compensation plan?A. No; members can earn €12,75/£10.95 for the Essential Rewards enrolment bonus in addition to the Starter Kit and Fast Start bonuses available through the compensation plan.

Q. How will the Essential Rewards enrolment bonus be paid?A. The bonus will be included in your monthly commission payout.

Q. Will the 100 PV from the Premium Starter Kit (PSK) count toward the 100 PV on Essential Rewards for the first month?A. In Europe, you have the option to set up your first Essential Rewards order with a PSK. In this case, your first order including the Premium Starter Kit counts as the first Essential Rewards order.

If you choose to place your first order with the Premium Starter Kit as a Quick Order, you will need to place a second order as an Essential Reward Order with the value of 100 PV in the month of enrolment.

Q. Do you have to have two 100 PV Essential Rewards orders process each month, or is it just one 100 PV ER order processed in the second month?A. The monthly requirements are as follows:

Month 1: Place your first order with a Premium Starter Kit (PSK) as an Essential Rewards order (Total 100 PV)

OR Order a PSK as a Quick Order (100 PV) and place an extra Order on Essential Rewards (100 PV) (Total 200 PV)

Month 2: 100 PV ER order.

Q. Can an enrollee place their first order with a Premium Starter Kit and 50 PV on Essential Rewards (ER) for the first month?A. No, both months must have 100 PV on ER. The first month is 100 PV from the PSK and/or 100 PV on ER. The second month is 100 PV on ER.

Q. The promotion says, “within their first month of enrolment.” Does that mean within the first calendar month or within the first 30 days of enrolment?A. It is within the first calendar month. Their order needs to process within the same month they enrolled. For example: Molly enrols on September 4 with a Premium Starter Kit. She then enrols in Essential Rewards with 100 PV, and her order processes on September 25. It does not count if Molly’s first ER order processes on October 25.

Q. Can we set up the Essential Rewards template during the enrolment month but have it process the following month?A. No. When the ER template is being set up for the first time, it will process an order for the same month. If you try to choose a date that has already passed, it will force out the order that same day, so there is an ER order for the enrolment month. Example: Monty enrolled on September 18 with a Premium Starter Kit and is also enrolling on ER. He wants to set his date for October 8. Since there is no ER order that has processed for September, the system forces out the ER order the same day (September 18), and then his next ER order will process on October 8.

Q. If someone loses their €12,75/£10.95 bonus but did not earn commissions for the second month, how will it be paid back to YL?A. An owing balance will be placed on the account for the €12,75/£10.95. It will be deducted when commissions are earned again.

Q. If the sponsor and enroller changes in the first 30 days of enrolment, will the bonus stay with the initial enroller?A. If the enroller changes within the first 30 days of enrolment, the bonus will be paid to the enroller of the member at the time of the commission run. This is the process followed currently for all enrolment bonuses.

Q. Will Placement Program enrollees allow for enrollers to earn the €12,75/£10.95 bonus?A. Yes, Placement Program enrollees who place an Essential Rewards order in their enrolment month and a subsequent ER order the next month will qualify for the enroller to earn the €12,75/£10.95 bonus.

Q. To qualify for the €12,75/£10.95 bonus, does the enroller need to meet certain PV or Essential Rewards thresholds? A. The enroller would still need to have a 50 PV order to qualify for the €12,75/£10.95 bonus. This is the requirement for all enrolment bonuses.
