None~o~le.ss, s.r>ecific changes were made in the permit to ensure the involvb~ihl 6f such· agencies pfiof ~6 ·and during the project and t6 ensur~ the protection of ~ny histor4c resources found.

Mr. Sanders ~'1erefore stat.ed .th,1t it was staff's belief that the letter and spirit of· the, c~·iifornia Environmental Quality Act ~nij the State Antiquilics tegislation had been satisfied and a Negative Declaration.was the appropriate environmental ·document.
