Turn off idle timer in the task manager – right click in the task bar and disable, as this my make your computer shut down and you may lose all your work.

ALT + TAB

How too quickly to move from one programme to another…

CTRL + TAB

From one tab to another (From within a programme)

CTRL + B – Bold

CTRL + C - Copy

CTRL + V - Paste

CTRL + X – Cut

CTRL + U – Underline

CTRL + I – Italic

CTRL + A – Select All

Search for acr under the windows tab…

Start by closing word, as this will not open in Acrobat
