1 INTRODUCTION

Estate Management Offices headed by Estate Officers located at five main cities of Madhya

Pradesh and twenty-eight Estate Management offices located in all division offices. This section

is solely responsible for management, record keeping and disposal of properties.

Estate Management section is the public face of the Board. The Board has to send quarterly

statement of accounts to those allottees, whom have taken units under Hire purchase (HP)

scheme. For the rest of allottees, annual statements are sent, which informs them about their

dues towards annual maintenance, common service charges and applicable fees / charges

payable to government / local body.

Hence functioning of this section becomes more important and related directly to the financial

health of the Board. The Board also sells different types of properties all over the state. This

section also tracks and controls unsold properties.

3) ESTATE MANAGEMENT READ CAREFULLY

View Button: After clicking on ‘View’ button in the page, User

can select and further update the record after selecting it from the ‘View’

window.

Save Button: After entering the entire data click on ‘Save’ button

to save the records, after save record goes to View window.

Clear Button: When user clicks on ‘Clear’ button, all entered

record should disappear from all the fields in the page.

Arrow Button: After clicking on arrow button, page goes back to

previous page.

Look up Button: After clicking on look up button, List of records window

appears from where user can select a record which appears in the related

field.

Asterisk Mark (*): It denotes that user has to enter data in these fields

necessarily.

White Fields: These fields are used to enter or select the data.

Grey Fields: These fields are used to populate the data.

4.1 Provisional Cost Fixation New (EM3336)

Link Estate Management Transaction EM3336 - Provisional Cost Fixation New Description: This form is used for adding the Provisional Cost Fixation as per scheme name &

category. It has individual & floor wise options to fix the cost based on the estimation.

After entering all the data, click on ‘Save’ button to save the records, after save record goes to View window. Note: PCN is Project Code Number.

If required, Scheme Name & related records (Location) can be created from PCN Schemes (TD1025).

If required, PAA & related records (AA & TS) can be created from Technical Module. Example, TD2028, TD2024, TD2097 etc.
