Passage of a Constitutional Amendment depends on the total number of voters casting ballots in the election. The totals are those certified and reported by county canvassing boards. Constitutional Amendment 1 is "Recognition of Marriage Solely Between One Man and One Woman." Total percentage of Yes votes statewide is 47.44%.
