•Delivery quota was fulfilled by 93,4% and direct sales quota by 57,4%

Structure of the Dairy Industry

• 32 processing enterprises with 38 processing units

• 29 enterprises use raw milk

•13 production units belong to 4 owners • 8 farm- dairies

• foreign investments in 4 enterprises, which own 6 processing units

In 2007 turnover was 6,1 mld EEK, (430 mio euro)
