What is our history?
Founded by former execs at Master Software Corp.Introduced the first Software as a Service solution for nonprofits in 1999In use by over 6,000 nonprofit organizations around the worldPurchased and now a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackbaud in August 2007*
Our founders, and a number of our staff members, were formerly at Master Software makers of Fund-Master. So they had a long history of working with nonprofits and helping them deal with the challenges of software.
As a result of the BB purchase, they began to put together a new idea for delivering fundraising software as a service, and in 1999 introduced the first web-based application to the market.
Today it has become readily adopted as a better way to deliver and manage software and is in use by over 5000 organizations around the world.
