June 29 At 1:55 a.m., a domestic dispute was reported. At 4:13 a.m., a caller provided information to a deputy. At 6:43 a.m., an Obo’s employee reported a black cow was walking down the hill to Big Piney. At 11:26 a.m., a woman was having cat problems. At 12:23 p.m., a woman was taken into custody. At 1:08 p.m., a white car was all over the road. At 1:12 p.m., a detective searched a cell phone. At 3:05 p.m., a caller said her Casper library card had been stolen. At 3:44 p.m., someone found an expensive bike and wallet by the bike path; the owner returned and rode off. At 4:47 p.m., a man said he posted no trespassing signs and they keep being torn down. At 5:21 p.m., a caller reported the smell of smoke. At 7:12 p.m., a rancher would be moving 400 head across the highway the next morning. At 7:42 p.m., a white semi was driving erratically and tried to sideswipe the caller. June 30 At 6:33 a.m., an antelope had a broken leg. At 7:41 a.m., Black Angus cattle were by the highway. At 8:59 a.m., a rancher was moving 250 cattle. At 10:54 a.m., a man complained about speeders at 2 a.m. At 2:12 p.m., a vet clinic reported a dog that was shot in town had died. At 2:37 p.m., a man had questions about Internet fraud. At 2:41 p.m., a man reported a fraud. At 3:02 p.m., a fraudulent call was reported. At 3:16 p.m., a man reported a theft. At 9:03 p.m., a Safe2Tell message was forwarded to dispatch. At 10:32 p.m., a black cow was on the wrong side of the fence. July 1 At 1:50 a.m., a living room motion alarm went off. At 5:15 a.m., a deputy flew to Tucson to pick up a prisoner. At 7:31 a.m., Campbell County called about a missing person found by a local deputy who was safe and heading home. At 8:45 a.m., a Hoback Ranches resident said someone used her car while she was gone for the winter. At 9:03 a.m., a man who parked his truck at the rodeo grounds was asked to move it and he wanted to know if he could park it somewhere else there. At 1:01 p.m., a lodge employee called about a horse that was shot and barely alive; it turned out to be injured by rebar on the property. At 2:11 p.m., a white car and red car collided; no one was injured. At 3:16 p.m., the animal control officer checked out an animal complaint. At 3:26 p.m., a green Subaru from Nebraska was passing unsafely and almost caused a head-on collision. At 7:16 p.m., a caller was concerned for a female friend heading toward the Lincoln- Sublette County line. At 7:29 p.m., a person had an allergic reaction. At 9:14 p.m., a neighbor complained about recent fireworks. At 9:22 p.m., a white truck hit a deer. At 9:31 p.m., cows were on the road. July 2 At 7:03 a.m., a rancher was moving about 200 cattle across Highway 191. At 8:36 a.m., a detective requested a search warrant. At 9:51 a.m., a detective reported a controlled substance problem. At 10:46 a.m., another detective reported a controlled substance problem. At 11:46 a.m., a woman said a white pitbull chased her and her husband down the bike path. At 12:24 p.m., a burglar alarm went off. At 12:53 p.m., a speeding silver hatchback almost caused ahead-on collision. At 3:46 p.m., a caller sent a Facebook message and wanted a deputy to contact her. At 3:50 p.m., a medical emergency was reported. At 3:59 p.m., the animal control officer investigated an animal neglect report. At 4:45 p.m., a woman wanted to talk to a deputy about scam calls. At 7:26 p.m., a white Nissan hit a deer. At 8:15 p.m., a motel employee called for assistance. At 10:12 p.m., a burglar alarm went off. July 3 At 12:23 a.m., a man had a flat tire and no spare; he needed a tow. At 4:37 a.m., a caller reported an illness. At 10:20 a.m., an inmate was taken to the Pinedale Clinic and back. At 12:03 p.m., a man said he told his neighbor for a year to move trucks and a plow on his property. At 12:32 p.m., a woman asked what her rights are with a drone flying around her property. At 2:55 p.m., an injured doe had to be put down. At 3:29 p.m., a person wanted to report fraud. At 4:33 p.m., a person lost personal belongings. At 5:16 p.m., a man reported a citizens’ dispute. At 6:21 p.m., lost property was reported. At 7 p.m., a caller reported missing kids; they were at the beach and returned back to camp. At 7:14 p.m., a caller reported losing property. At 8:05 p.m., someone was unconscious. At 8:13 p.m., missing juveniles were returned home safely. At 9:35 p.m., Wyoming Highway Patrol asked a deputy to assist with an arrest. At 10:06 p.m., a caller complained about fireworks. At 10:28 p.m., a person bringing a group out of the Fisherman Creek area said they had gone in to help another person who was stuck and the others needed help getting out. Search and rescue helped bring seven people out from the wilderness. At 10:58 p.m., a person was unconscious. July 4 At 1:42 a.m., a person was injured. At 6:03 a.m., an SOS alarm activated a short-haul rescue of a man in the wilderness. At 7:43 a.m., Half Moon Lake Lodge reported an injury. At 8:06 p.m., a paraglider came within 50 feet of the ground and very close to power lines. At 9:35 a.m., a deputy was assigned to the Chuckwagon Days parade. At 10:37 a.m., a caller provided information. At 11:14 a.m., a deputy was asked to check on a person’s welfare. At 11:46 a.m., two vehicles were racing and went through a stop sign. At 11:57 a.m., a Toyota Prius was stuck on a Forest Service road. At 12:47 p.m., a blue GMC was weaving across the road. At 1:25 p.m., a woman was being threatened. At 2:46 p.m., a black Chevy hit and killed a deer. At 3:39 p.m., the Pinedale Clinic said someone was coming in with a dog bite. At 3:58 p.m., a suspicious 911 call came in. At 7:14 p.m., a man said he saw the Facebook post about dogs being shot. At 7:37 p.m., a juvenile was arrested for an alcohol offense. At 8:45 p.m., fireworks started sagebrush on fire. At 10:14 p.m., a caller said neighbors had a grass fire in their pasture. At 10:22 p.m., a caller complained about fireworks. At 10:25 p.m., another caller complained about fireworks. At 10:29 p.m., multiple fires were reported. At 10:36 p.m., a fireworks complaint came in. At 11:04 p.m., fireworks were set off. At 11:42 p.m., a juvenile problem was reported. At 11:46 p.m., a smoky wildfire was reported. July 5 At 12:42 a.m., a maroon car with a full luggage rack was broken down. At 8:57 a.m., a 911 call from the Killpecker sand dunes was transferred to Sweetwater County. At 11:08 a.m., a man found personal property. At 12:19 p.m., a caller provided information to a deputy. At 1:31 p.m., a white diesel pickup with a flag on back was speeding and passing cars. At 4:15 p.m., a man said a tent and campsite looked abandoned. At 4:21 p.m., a blue truck with a smashed-in fender was speeding around a curve and almost rolled into the sagebrush. At 5:43 p.m., a man out on his boat returned to find his truck and trailer were missing. He wasn’t sure if someone was playing a trick on him or stole it. At 6:38 p.m., a medical emergency was reported. At 7:04 p.m., the Pinedale Clinic treated a woman for a dog bite. At 7:13 p.m., a person was “down.” At 8:44 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious incident. At 9:02 p.m., teenagers started a fire in a culvert. SUBLETTE COUNTY Circuit Court report The following new charges were filed in Sublette County Circuit Court from June 29 through July 5. Axle Brekhus: No valid registration, no compulsory auto insurance, attempting to flee police, no valid driver’s license. O’Reilly Richie: No valid driver’s license, no valid registration, no compulsory insurance, attempting to flee police. The following fines and sentences were imposed between June 29 and July 5.
