The Urban Afro Concept accessories collection has an Afrocentric feel to it, consisting of

earrings, bangles, necklaces, bracelets, rings and hairbands. Some pieces are dainty and

delicate while others are big, bold and made to make a statement. UAC accessories are

designed for a variety of moods and settings, drawing inspiration from the vibrant art and

cultural dress of Africa's people.

Each piece is unique and lovingly hand-crafted using materials such as wood, glass, plastic,

metal and wax print fabrics, many of which have been reused and/or re-purposed to create

these pieces. The items in the collection are rarely duplicated so it's highly unlikely that one

customer will have the same look as the next.

We also take orders for custom jewellery made according to customer specifications.

Ethnique-Afrika is an innovative designer and manufacturer of high-end, African-

inspired clothing, footwear and accessories for both women and men. The company

was formed in 2009 and has its principal offices in Lusaka, Zambia and Durban, South

Africa. It is currently based in East London, South Africa.

We offer high-end products, and in particular, custom garments that are made to client

specifications. We specialize in the creation of made-to-measure garments using

chitenge and other wax print fabrics, and are committed to dressing our clients in

impeccably tailored fashion that exudes sophistication and elegance.

Our clients and their needs are our principal consideration. Because of this, and only

this, we strive to win our clients' trust and respect by providing them with reliable

service and high-quality goods.

Below is our sizing guide for bracelets and bangles. You can use a measuring tape to measure your

wrist circumference. If you don't have one, wrap a piece of string around your wrist, mark it and

measure the length with a normal ruler.

with the correct details. We cannot be held liable for items that have been lost in transit due to

All sales on custom clothing are final. We do not allow returns on custom-made clothing because the

item is made to your specifications.

All of our clothing is impeccably tailored to a high standard. We stand by the quality of our products

but in the (very) unlikely event that you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us

know within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods.

If there are fit issues, we will make necessary alterations at our own expense but the buyer is

responsible for associated shipping costs.

If a remake is requested due to a customer error (fabric or style choice) we require a minimum of

ZAR 200-00, depending on the extent of the alteration. This issue will be assessed on a case-by-

case basis. If you are still completely unhappy with your order, we can offer you a refund to the

value of 50% of the purchase price (excluding shipping).

URBAN AFRO CONCEPT

We strive to ensure that we provide high-quality accessories but in the very unlikely event that

you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. If you wish

to return an item please get back to us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to

resolve the issue as efficiently as possible but please do assist us in doing so by getting in touch

quickly. We do not accept returns after this 7-day period.

We do not offer cash refunds but we can offer store credit (to the value of your purchase excluding

shipping costs), an exchange for a similar item of the same value or make changes to your item.

PLEASE NOTE: Any returned item must be sent back to us in its original packaging unused, unworn

and undamaged. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of the

goods in question. Please use registered mail so that the item can be tracked as we are not liable for

any items lost in the post.

Buyers cannot return the following: special order items, sale items, earrings and hair accessories

and custom-made jewellery.
