ETI 2009 Annual Business Meeting April 29, 2009 San Antonio, Texas Minutes Mr. Gorman, ETI’s Executive Manager, called the meeting to order and welcomed everyone to ETI’s annual meeting. ETI now has 87 members and this does not include subsidiaries. There are too many to call in a roll call. Since we have gone to an electronic voting system, there is no quorum requirement for this meeting. We have listed all the participating companies in your event packets. The minutes from ETI’s last annual meeting were accepted as presented. Mr. Gorman reported on the Officer and Director Election results. 45 companies voted in favor of the nomination committee’s recommended slate. This is well over the 1/3 required to make it a legal election. 0 companies voted against the slate or nominated an alternative slate.

Garret Miller, Sylvain Julien, David Rich Change of Command Ceremony - IN-COMING PRESIDENT - 2009 Mr. Gorman Introduced the 2008 President David Schaar. David reflected a little on his career with ETI, his presidency in particular and the future as he sees it.

Mr. Gard accepted the gavel and thanked the Board of Directors and the members for their support and confidence. Mr. Gard asked Mr. Schaar to return to the podium and gave him his departing gift. Mr. Gard then talked about what he hoped to accomplish during his presidency. Mr. Gard then commented on the upcoming ToolTech program and briefly went through the schedule for the week. Ms. Korosec Gave the Marketing Committee Report (attached) Mr. Pershell Gave the Technical Committee Report (attached) Mr. Gorman gave the NASTF report. (attached)
At the conclusion of the NASTF Report Mr. Gorman wrapped up the business meeting by asking for a motion to adjourn. A motion was presented and seconded. The membership then voted to adjourn.
