Vertical displacements: are allowed as long as the absolute minimum pump inlet pressure is 500 mbar
Horizontal displacements:
• allowed displacements that involve a maximum elongation of the flow and return pipes of 500 mm
• for higher elongation, up to a maximum of 1000 mm, it is necessary to replace the fuel pre-filter with following “Racor” filter:

Fuel Tank repositioning on the opposite side member
The fuel tank can be moved on the opposite side members provided that the minimum distance between tank and muffler is 200 mm. This distance can be reduced to 80 mm only using heat shields similar to ones used for side protection of the muffler.

Vertical displacements Starting from the original position, elevations up to 100 mm are permitted. Horizontal displacements It is possible to move the muffler taking into account that temperature loss must not be higher than 15°C (reference external temperature: 25°C) To avoid the temperature loss, a proper pipe insulation with the following features must be fitted S = insulation thickness [mm] 1. Fiber glass 2. Ceramic fiber 3. External cover Temperature stability: 550°C Thermal conductivity at 500°C: 0,125W/mK
Intervention on wiring sensors and AdBlue / water pipes: • It is possible to lengthen cables relating to the temperature / AdBlue level sensors
• If a lengthening of NOx sensor cable is needed, please contact IVECO for indications

EQUIPMENTS ADAPTATIONS: FRONT PTO PREDISPOSITION (1/2)
For Stralis 4x2 and 6x2 Cursor 9 is available the preparation of the vehicle for the installation of a PTO on the front of the engine (option code 5151).
The installation is done by a bodybuilder.
The CCP 5151 consists of:
• special engine variant with a flange at the crankshaft
• propeller shaft through the cooler and bumper
• special cooler and bumper
• specific front cross member of frame
The installation of the PTO affects some of the Directives (2000/40/EC front under run protection; 92/114/EC external protection; 97/27/EC mass and dimensions) and the complete vehicle cannot be homologated according to 2007/46 (WVTA) and therefore registered unless a derogation or authorization from the local authorities.

EQUIPMENTS ADAPTATIONS: PREPARATION FOR TAIL LIFT (1/2)
It is available ex factory the preparation for tail lift. This OPT is compliant with standard defined by VEHH - European Association tail lift. This OPT (CCP 75182) includes:
• A specific temporary rear under run protection. This is a simple beam with the side marker lamps, the rear lamps and the licence plate that the bodybuilder will dismount easily and has to replace with a real under run protection and the related fixations.
• Electrical wiring on the rear overhang with 7-pole DIN 72585 connector for the tail lift system.
• Switch on dashboard with on/off function and control lamp.

• The activation of a red warning on the control lamp B indicates that the tail lift is open. Once the operation is ended and the tail lift has been closed correclty, the driver has to press again on the switch A to turn off the system and to allow the cranking.
• The option is available on all the 2 e 3 axles Stralis AS/AT/AD rigids.
