DeGóis Platform
DeGóis is a set of tools conceived to collect information on the intellectual production and professional activities of the portuguese research community.
The information is collected under the form of a Curriculum Vitae, being the responsibility of each researcher to keep the information of its own CV up to date.
DeGóis Online is the software that enables this work.
The platform will increase the amount and quality of the information collected from the community
Objectives and Purposes
Have a national Science and Technology (S&T) information system that can be used by governmental agency's for, e.g.:
Candidates evaluation for obtaining financial aids and scholarships
Choosing consultants or members of evaluation commissions
Projects evaluation
To participate in a Portuguese and Spanish official language international S&T network.

Give visibility to national R&D
Produce S&T indicators
SCienTI Network
The SCienTI intent is to contribute for S&T development of the participant countries by facilitating interchange mechanisms, complementary and socialization experiences, products, services and information systems in ST&I management support.
This network was designed in a space of convergence between different actors in knowledge management for science development and technological innovation, through which it can generate methodologies, tools, instruments and ST&I products.

DeGóis Online
Is a web application that enables users to manage the information on is own CV.
The existing DeGóis Online is the first set of tools in development.
It supports:

Export/import CV on XML format
On-line Portal (DeGóis online)
