EuropaCorp signs a partnership on music publishing with Sony/ATV
EuropaCorp Group has sold its catalogue of music copyrights to Sony/ATV Group, the world number one music
publishing company, and has signed an agreement for Sony/ATV to administer its music royalties for future film
and television titles.
This sale concerns approximately 1.500 titles linked to more than 100 films including the music of movies like
theTaken trilogy or Lucy starring Scarlett Johansson but also scores from bands like Archive or Massive Attack,
and composers like Eric Serra and Alexandre Desplat.
The transaction price is 14.550.000 euros to which an additional amount of two million euros may be added
depending on results.
