DAYS 1–2welcome to europeIt’s all about first impressions … Following a meet and greet with your local guide, it’s time to head out into London for a special orientation of the city before stopping for your first taste of British cuisine. If times allows, visit Runnymede and see first-hand where the Magna Carta was signed before you have the opportunity to pay your respects at the John F. Kennedy Memorial.

Kick off the afternoon in style, marvelling at the treasures of the Tower of London, home to the Crown Jewels and over a thousand years of fascinating history. It’s then time for dinner and rest at your London hotel.

Day 3leaders and landmarks of londonDuring an in-depth tour of the very best of London, you’ll get the chance to see iconic landmarks like Tower Bridge, Houses of Parliament and the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace.

Following lunch, it’s time to meet a Former Member of the British Parliament for a fascinating discussion, including the impact of Brexit on UK politics. This afternoon, shop until your drop with a trip to London’s famous Oxford Street! Then hit the town in the evening for a pre-theater dinner before taking in a West End Show, the British equivalent of Broadway!

Day 4treading the shakespearean stage Join a drama workshop for a lesson on the works of the most celebrated playwright of all time.

During an action packed afternoon, soar above the city’s skyline on the Coca-Cola London Eye before heading down to the coast for a delicious dinner. It’s then time to bid farewell to Britain, as you cruise across the English Channel on a ferry to France. This overnight ferry is the ultimate sleep-over with your new found friends!

Day 5in the Footsteps of heroesWalk in the footsteps of the brave solders who stormed Omaha Beach while exploring a collection of military artifacts. Pay your respects during an official ceremony at the American Cemetery.

After a traditional French lunch, visit the Memorial Museum which explores the history of World War II and the impact of the Cold War on Europe and the world. During dinner, indulge in the famous delights of French cuisine.

Day 6the city of lightsDiscover Paris on a tour of the city, then meet up with local French students your own age for a peer-led exploration of the French capital.

Following yet another delicious dinner, head over to the Eiffel Tower and its spectacular light show for a breath-taking display (and a fantastic photo opportunity) before settling down for the night in your Parisian hotel.

Day 7Palace of VersaillesNot only will you have the chance to explore the extravagance of the Palace of Versailles, but you’ll also picnic on the grounds of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, following a trip to the market where you’ll pick up the ingredients for lunch. Here you’ll be able to barter like a local.

During the afternoon, meet with a local artist for firsthand insight into the celebrated world of Parisian art. Next, tuck into a selection of French delicacies perched on top of Montmartre’s hill. This is your chance to try escargot!

Day 8treasures of the louvreWith the wealth of art and priceless artefacts on show in the world’s most famous museum, it really is best to take the time to explore it on your own. We’ve prepared a quiz for you to ensure that you see the very best the museum has to offer, so grab a new friend and blitz the quiz. Dine in the Louvre's 'Carousel Restaurants du Monde' which showcases the cuisines from across the globe.

After traveling to Bruges, dine in the picture perfect town before settling down to rest.

Day 9remember the FallenUnearth the history behind the battles of Flanders Fields during an interactive journey around its museum. History is brought to life as your tour guide assigns you a bracelet that represents a character.

Once back in Bruges, indulge in Belgium’s most famous export—Chocolate! Learn the secrets of the chocolate making process from an expert chocolatier, before tasting your creations. Make your way to dinner by horse and carriage passing the sights and sounds of the city. Have your cameras ready, you’ll be sure to see some world famous sights in one of Europe’s best preserved medieval cities.

Day 10international PoliticsTravel to the Netherlands and visit the Dutch windmill park Kinderdijk, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to a wealth of 17th century history, which you can discover by bike tour. Grab a bite to eat during a picnic in the park.

Spend an afternoon connecting cultures, during a soccer game with local students, before attending the International Court of Justice. Explore the exhibitions of the UN office situated at the Peace Palace.

Day 11action Packed amsterdamTake a deep breath … First up, it’s time for a trip to a Dutch Farm to learn how cheese and clogs are made. Explore the farm, meet the animals and get involved in a number of engaging games. Here you’ll be able to purchase the ultimate memento of your trip—personalized clogs!

After lunch, visit Anne Frank’s House for a fascinating and deeply moving insight into the Holocaust. This visit and the feelings that it creates will stay with you forever and you’ll understand just how important global peace really is.

Next up, it’s a tour of a diamond factory before a delicious Dutch dinner and night-time canal cruise allowing you to see Amsterdam from a completely different view.

Day 12the cologne carnivalWelcome to Germany! Take part in a scavenger hunt across the city, a fantastic way to see the sights, including the famous Cathedral.

Discover what it takes to host one of the world’s largest carnival events while meeting with one of its organizers.

Day 13a roman adventure Following your travels to Rheinbrohl, explore the Roman museum’s exhibitions and outdoor activity center. Dress up in traditional Roman gear close to the banks of the Rhine River as history is brought to life.

After your Roman adventure, practice your sharp shooting skills—old school style! Receive tips from an expert in the field of archery before putting them to the test in a series of thrilling activities.

Days 14–15a true taste of europe Settle in with your homestay family, as you immerse yourself in the true life of a European. Live the local way, enjoying everything from food and local traditions to social activities with students your age.

Following a city quest, unearthing the secrets of its stunning landmarks, it’s time to storm Heidelberg Castle. Hit the heights of the Alps on-board a mountain railway from the old town to the famous castle.

Day 17giving Back to the communityWhile visiting a retirement home, discover shared interests and celebrate differences with residents. You’ll be able to perform rehearsed songs and dance routines as you meet with locals.

With a spectacular backdrop of mountain views, tuck into a tantalizing BBQ dinner as you play traditional games. Take a stroll along

the river and mountain beach while soaking up the air and natural beauty of the region.

Day 18a Journey through the mountains Embrace the spirit of the film The Sound of Music in the rolling hills of Europe. Hike through one of the region’s most stunning alpine trails as you learn to navigate your way through the mountains.

At Vorarlberg, there really is something for everyone including the thrills of a ropes course, alpine toboggans and cable cars. Afterward picnic with breath-taking views surrounded by Mother Nature.

Day 19swiss goldWelcome to Zurich! Following a fun-filled lesson in cheese making, work on your own creation you can take home.

After lunch, explore Zurich, the beautiful city home to over 1,300 fountains and the secretive banks financing some of the largest multi-national corporations in the world.
