 When we eat, food mixes with our saliva. Small pieces of foodcan stay in our mouth and this can be bad for our teeth. This is

 why it is important to clean our teeth well.

Follow these steps to keep your teeth clean:

1. Do not eat too many sweets or drink fizzy drinks.

2. Brush your teeth after every meal.

3. Go to the dentist every year.
