2. Canon Digital Video Camera
To film our music video we used our schools video cameras, which
werent always available so we had to take extra care in our
shooting schedule.
3. iMovie
When it came to the editing stage of our music video, we used
editing software known as iMovie which is exclusive to apple
products. As we had used this software in the past we were familiar
with its functions. Here are some of the uses we got out of iMovie
(click the function title for more information:
Colourisation
4. Digital Camera
My Digital camera has been essential in the process of this
project, as I have needed it for many purposes

6. GIMP 2
GIMP 2 is a photo editing software I used to edit photos for our
ancillary task.
Functions I used:
Colourisation In order to create a professional finish for the
photos used in our ancillary task, I edited the contrast of the
photo. Not only did this create a professional style but also made
the photo match the grungy style produced by the quality of the
video cameras used to shoot the music video. Text I was able to add
text to images which proved helpful as the software had a selection
of fonts to choose from, which made the task of matching the font
to the bands style quite easy.
Morphing Images together- For Instructions on how I did this,

9. iMovie Colourisation
As our music video was planned to be in black & white in
certain and scenes and in colour for others, so to do this we
needed to select the specific scenes and then edit the brightness,
saturation and contrast. To ensure that all of the scenes colour
schemes matched we had to ensure all the colour edits were the
same.
