I decided that the media institute that would be most suitable for my product would be Lionsgate. This is because when I was doing research

When creating the opening title sequences (showing the production company) I decided to create it so it looked similar to Lionsgate. I also tinted the opening sequence to a red color this was to link the danger

Films distributed by Lionsgate:
Lionsgate are known for a lot of horror films. When comparing the films in my research I released all the horror film covers have red on the cover. Also most films included some sort of mind game where you had to figure out who the killer was by certain clues etc.
The killer in saw is always hidden. You only see the puppet this links with our character as you never see his face only his hands. Saw is a film distributed by Lionsgate. The film saw is known as a physiological horror which corresponds with the film genre that I have chosen.
American Psycho relates to our film as our main character is leading a double life. In our film the stalker lives a normal life
and no one knows about his secret obsession.
Hostel relates to our film as throughout you are trying to figure out the plot and trying to understand why
certain stuff is happening.
How do I want it distributed? Limited, world wide?
Hostel was only a limited release.
Saw was a worldwide release
I would make mine a limited release. I would also maybe take the idea of having the main characters send emails this would create peoples interest in the film and also maybe let the viewers relate to the character.
The company invested in email accounts to be set up to email fans from the main protagonist of the film. They also set up an online stock market so the fans could understand the mind of Psycho.
